Project Title: XXX Hotels, New Orleans, LA
Role: Fire Protection Construction Manager
Project: Provided technical, construction management guidance and oversight for the redevelopment of a historic building into three distinct hotels. Responsibilities included technical oversight of all fire protection features including: 1) structural fire resistance; 2) automatic and manual suppression; 3) fire alarm, communications and detection; 4) smoke management. Technical support and services also included negotiations with the authorities having jurisdiction during construction and project acceptance.
